Connor, the farmer and owner behind Bump n' Brine, is bringing a fresh haul straight from his Plymouth farm to the Pantry for a hands-on evening. You'll learn the technique and taste a dozen oysters with all the good stuff alongside them.
What to expect:
- Learn to shuck your own oysters
- Taste a dozen local Plymouth oysters per person
- Oyster knife and glove provided
- All the classics: mignonette, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and lemon
- Optional take-home kits if you want to keep the party going
